We have been making big changes to our software during this unfortunate downturn in the travel industry caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. These changes will improve our hotel clients’ overall experience and efficiency while using the software platform. And we’re not talking about just an internet facelift. iHAMMS is getting all new plumbing, and a full lift to the clouds.

We are planning for an early January 2021 launch. While we are “under construction,” some things may require a bit more effort as the redesign is in process. Please bear with us if a feature of our software isn’t performing to your expectations and know that any and all issues that arise are to be minimal and quickly resolved.

Once we’ve launched our new and improved software, we will be capable of serving our clients’ needs with more modern technology. As the virus vaccine brings more confidence to travelers, we look forward to continuing to support your FFP processing needs.
